Rubber Gasket : The most difficult part of modelling this gasket was minimum information from client. The part was modeled using Pro-Engineer because of its excellent surfacing capabilities and since a lot of surfacing was to be used in order to get its complex contours and shapes while keeping in mind to maintain the dimensions and tolerances required by the client.

Locomotives : This is an general electric locomotives and a scaled down prototype model of it. This project was one of its kind since the input from the client were photographs and we started building the model step by step from simpler parts to more complex parts. The designer used Solidworks since the client insisted on having the output in the same software. The most challenging part of it was to identify the part and imagine some of the shapes since the photographs taken were not so clear so this required having a substantial knowledge base and research on the parts of the locomotives. A lot of R&D went in to this which the client too understood. Finally when the model was ready the client appreciated our patience, perseverance and hard work that went into the making of the exact model as he always dreamt of!
