Dies and Moulding

Technical Feasibility of mould itself is biggest challenges.

Extrusion :

For producing an extruded product with the required dimensional tolerances and accuracies the product geometries in extrusions uses composites, polymers, and other new alloys. To meet these factors Pro-Engineer is one of the best software that could be used for modelling accurate model of dies and its various components. Forging Die :

The die was modeled after considering the shrink factors and draft. For actually modelling a forging die one has to have an in depth knowledge of dies and moulds only then the designer can provide the requisite drafts, sink marks and injection points. We have a team of dedicated and experienced designers having vast knowledge in tool design, custom injection molding and designing of core cavities for dies and moulding. Again Pro-Engineer is extensively used for this purpose. Send us your requirement today and get benefits on your projects.

Injection Moulding :

The use of Pro-Engineer helps in cutting down a lot of important and precise manual calculations. The input from the client was a 2D drawing of the part and we modeled the top cavity, bottom cavity and assembly of the die-pack. The challenging part of this project were the small extruded parts hanging delicately from the part, we had to propose an effective thickness so that it can sustain some force if applied on it and delicate enough to not look gaudy or bulky. It involved a lot of trail and error and communication with the client. Email us your requirement today and get benefits on your projects.
