We utilize 3D solid modeling tools like SolidWorks, Inventor, Creo and SolidEdge to develop design information for butterfly valve, floating ball valve, slide gate valve, globe valve, pneumatic valve, check valve, air valve, relief valve, safety valve, pressure seal valve, engine valve and strainer.
For efficient design of valves and fittings, we also undertake virtual testing through CFD and FEA approaches, and determine the behavior of the valves subjected to high pressure and temperature. For design testing, validation and optimization projects, our CAE experts make use of ANSYS Mechanical, ANSYS Fluent and OpenFOAM simulation tools.
