We got one of the interesting 3d modelling project of mechanical design and modelling (we gave them the final output as a rendered image) perfume bottles. We got images of several bottles as the input which we designed and transformed into full fledged model of bottles with caps and lids. Also the client informed us to consider and take care of the volume of the liquid to be held with in the bottle. The overall weight of the bottle, material, various parts of spray mechanism were decided by us.

For this project we got a lot of empty perfume bottles to tear it open from various places and see for the exact mechanism that works inside it especially the sprayer mechanism which is the heart of the product. After doing a lot of R&D the most viable and cost effective mechanism was selected. For performing the modelling and a finally for producing a photo realistic image, Pro-E and 3D Max were used.
