We created 3D models of spiral gears and worm wheel gears using Solidworks design table and equations. This was done to avoid preparing a different model every time for about 20 different sizes of the gears. We prepared a design table (along with some set equations) and the model would get created automatically after feeding the appropriate values with in.

We are closely associated with the manufacturing as well as casting process. Various machine components modeled by us are mold carriers, tool carriers, support frames, heat exchangers etc.
